It's time to dust off terms like posting and dressage for the 60th anniversary of the Germantown Charity Horse show this year! The event kicked Tuesday with some Jumper Horses. This big event has gotten even bigger! They're expecting a record 900-1,000 horses from all over the country.
Trainer Russell Frye brought in seven horses from his stables in the Dallas area after enjoying the event last year.
'It's not the biggest show I go to but's probably the best because they have so many volunteers and (it benefits a charity). I'll keep coming back for years to come.'
The event runs through Saturday night with proceeds going to the Exchange Club Family Center.
