Amber Alert issued for Aiden Chase Mullin

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (AP) - Police in north Arkansas say they're looking for a toddler abducted from a day-care center.

The Mountain Home Police Department and Arkansas State police have asked the public's help in finding 16-month-old Aiden Chase Mullin.

Police say the child was at Open Arms Learning Center when a woman called about 11:30 a.m. Monday, saying there had been a family emergency, and she would pick the child up. Shortly afterward, a woman went to the day-care center and left with Aiden, authorities said.

The woman who left with Aiden was described as white, about 20 years old with short blonde hair pulled into a pony tail, wearing a tie-dye T-shirt and shorts.

Aiden was wearing an orange Old Navy T-shirt, olive green shorts, and Old Navy sandals.

Inquiries should be directed to the Mountain Home Police Department at (870) 425-6336.
