West Nile worries hit Memphis Zoo

Officials say they are keeping a close eye on the 400 exotic birds at the zoo. Birds are at a high risk because many of their habitats depend on standing water. Officials are adding larvacide to water, and refreshing ponds every 24 hours. All is an effort to stop the spread of the virus among zoo animals. No animals at the Memphis Zoo have been infected.
