Mississippi State Hoops Needs to Jump Through Some to get back to NCAA's

Talk about regrouping....

The Mississippi State Bulldogs have to replace the bulk of their offense from a team that qualified for the NCAA Tournament last season..

Gone to the Pro ranks are a pair of All-SEC Performers...

Charles Rhodes on the inside...

And Jamont Gordon at the Point...

Not to mention the outside shooting of Ben Hansbrough..who transferred after the season..

But, Bulldogs Head Coach Rick Stansbury, who lunched with Bully Boosters at the Racquet Club today, says, these days, having a veteran team returning is a luxury.

Stansbury says good players leave early to get paid to play.

Hardly anybody sticks around for 4-years to help you build a program...and everybody's in the same boat.

Stansbury says you have to recruit hard every year.

The Bulldogs open their season Nomvember 15th against Centenary in Starkville.
