He has a starting lineup, he just isn't telling anyone what it is.
Memphis Grizzlies head coach Marc Iavaroni will reveal it shortly before the Grizzlies open their season Wednesday night in Houston.
The team held a final practice Tuesday morning at FedExForum.
After going 2-6 in the pre-season, the players say they're anxious to get going for real.
A polar opposite to the Defending NBA Champion Boston Celtics, the Grizzlies are picked last in their division again.
But, don't forget the Tampa Bay Rays, says rookie O.J. Mayo.
The Rays went from worst last season, to a World Series Berth this year.
"I don't think at the beginning of the season anyone thought they would be in the World Series. But look, they're in the World Series. I mean, its sports. Our hard work will pay off," Mayo said.
"We aren't expecting anything. We want to earn our respect and approach this season as underdogs looking to prove ourselves," rookie big man Marc Gasol said.
Head Coach Marc Iavaroni says he'll use an 8 or 9 man rotation to start the season.
