Tigers Drop To 18th In AP Poll

The Memphis Tigers dropped from 13th to 18th in this week's AP Poll.  It's the direct result of Sunday's loss to Xavier in the finals of the Puerto Rico Tip Off.  North Carolina, UConn and Louisville remain the Top 3 in the A.P. with Pitt moving to 4th and Michigan State 5th.

The Tennessee Vols are up 2 to 12th. Xavier cracks the poll for the first time this year at 16th. Florida is number 17, 35 votes ahead of Memphis. Georgetown is 21st. Last years' National Champion Kansas is 22nd.
