Restaurant Scorecard: December 18, 2008

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - Live roaches, dead bugs, and bad bologna were among the things found by state restaurant inspectors this week during heath inspections.

At Memphis Fat Burger, in the 1300 block of North Hollywood, inspectors found live roaches on a prep table, dead bugs inside a cooler, and bologna at the wrong temperature in a display case.

Over at Mr. Fred's Fish, Ribs and More in the 2800 of Park, inspectors saw a roach crawling across the counter.  Inspectors used the word 'dirty" 12 times in their report to describe the microwaves, floors, fryers, and toilet.
