MUNFORD, Tenn. (AP) - Nearly a dozen people were taken to a hospital after a Tipton County school bus was hit from behind by a pickup truck.
The incident in Munford on Monday morning sent five students and five adults on the special education bus plus the pickup driver to the hospital to be examined.
Video from Chopper 5 showed the school bus had moderate damage to its back bumper.
Marshall said the bus was making a left turn when it was struck, pushing it about 50 yards through an intersection.
