Campus flasher arrested again

A Memphis man already charged with flashing students at the University of Memphis was arrested again on Wednesday.

Police arrested Lee Rayford, 39, at his home.

He's now charged with exposing himself to a woman in the parking lot of The Fresh Market in East Memphis.

Rayford already faces two counts of indecent exposure for flashing female students outside Patterson Hall on the University of Memphis campus.

The campus newspaper dubbed him "The Patterson Pervert."

Police say it's possible Rayford could be tied to other cases.
