BARTLETT, TN (WMC-TV) - Police in Bartlett continued their search Monday for a missing woman.  Lisa Renee Davis was last seen by friends at her house on Luxury Cove around 2:00 a.m. Sunday.

"I love and miss her, and I hope she comes home soon," close friend Leslie Braithwaite said.

Braithwaite spoke warmly about Davis, who has posed for pictures in men's magazines, been an extra in two country music videos, and an extra in two Hollywood movies, including a Justin Timberlake film.

"She's real cute, sweet, outgoing, just the kindest girl you ever wanted to meet," Braithwaite said.

Sunday morning, Davis disappeared.  Monday, Bartlett police said they're working as if she's alive, but missing and in danger.

Investigators said friends dropped Davis off at her house at two o'clock Sunday morning.  When she did not show up for work at Bumpus Harley Davidson later in the day, concerned co-workers called police.

When no one answered the door, officers busted the window pane at Davis' home to get inside, where they found her purse, cell phone, and other personal effects.

Investigators say someone was obviously hurt, and Davis is nowhere to be found.

"We'll pray for her tonight, and I hope everything's okay," neighbor Gregory Morrison said.

"She'd do anything for anybody. I just can't imagine why somebody would want to take her or harm her," Braithwaite added.

Police spent Sunday going door to door in Chestnut Ridge in an attempt to piece together the puzzle of the missing 29-year-old woman.

They sent out search dogs to pick up Davis' scent, and redirected traffic to prevent any distractions.

Records show Davis is a co-owner of her home on Luxury Cove, which is up for sale.

Davis purchased the home with her boyfriend, but the pair subsequently broke up. Police said they have spoken with her now ex-boyfriend, and he is neither a suspect nor a person of interest in the case.
