MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A woman now faces reckless driving charges after cruising down the wrong lane of Highway 385.
A Memphis deputy reported seeing a vehicle travelling west bound in the east bound lane early Saturday morning.
He said he had to swerve to the far right lane to avoid collision.
The deputy was able to initiate a traffic stop and found Amber Henderson in the driver’s seat.
Henderson also had two 2-year-old children strapped in car seats in the back of the vehicle.
She was given a sobriety test and failed.
Henderson has been charged with reckless driving, public intoxication, child abuse and neglect.
