Tracking rain chances and much colder temperatures

A weak front brings a few showers tonight & tomorrow but more rain and a big drop in temperatures will arrive this weekend.

THURSDAY NIGHT: Mostly Cloudy WIND: N 5 LOW: 42

THIS WEEK: A cloudy sky will remain tonight and for much of the day tomorrow along with a slight chance of a few showers overnight and early Thursday. We can expect some breaks in the clouds tomorrow night. Friday will be mostly cloudy with afternoon highs in the upper 50s and lows in the mid 50s.

THE WEEKEND: Saturday will be cloudy with rain and highs in the upper 50s to near 60 early in the day and then falling during the afternoon and evening. Overnight lows will fall into the mid 20s. Showers are expected to change to a mix of sleet and snow late Saturday night as the temperature falls but no accumulation is anticipated. Clouds will slowly clear through the day Sunday but it will be COLD with afternoon highs only in the lower 30s and overnight lows falling into the mid to upper teens.

NEXT WEEK: Monday will be mostly sunny with afternoon highs in the upper 30s and overnight lows near 30. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a very slight chance of rain along with highs in the upper 40s and overnight lows in the mid 30s. Wednesday will be cloudy with a chance of rain and highs in the mid 40s.
