MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A steady stream of moisture continues to flow into the Mid-South tonight producing areas of heavy rain in much of Arkansas and West Tennessee with more to come tomorrow.

THIS WEEK: Rain will gradually diminish overnight with more developing during the day tomorrow along with warm temperatures during the morning and early afternoon and then falling by evening as rain ends. Clouds will decrease Thursday night as temperatures rapidly fall. Friday will be mostly sunny and cold with wind chills in the low to mid teens during the early morning hours. High temperatures will only be near 40 during the afternoon and fall into the mid 20s Friday night.
THE WEEKEND: Saturday will be mostly sunny and chilly with afternoon highs in the mid 40s and overnight lows in the upper 30s. Sunday will become mostly cloudy with a chance of rain and highs in the lower 50s with lows in the mid 40s.
NEXT WEEK: Monday will be cloudy with scattered showers and highs in the mid 50 with lows in the mid 40s. Tuesday will be cloudy with showers and highs in the lower 50s with overnight lows in the upper 30s. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain and afternoon highs in the upper 40s.
