Rachel Fleming works nearby.

She says a delivery driver was involved in the shooting.

"It makes me extremely worried for my safety that something like that could happen that close, because we have people deliver vehicles and all kinds of stuff at my work too. And it's like, you just can't trust anybody," said Fleming.

The identities of the victim and suspect have not yet been released.

We are working to get any details we can from Memphis Police.

The investigation is ongoing.
