Developer files $16 million building permit for Overton Square hotel

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A Memphis property developer filed a $16 million building permit Monday for a hotel at Overton Square.

Overton Square hotel pegged for 2020 opening

Loeb Properties announced in 2018 plans to build the hotel on land currently being used as a parking lot.

According to the Memphis Business Journal, the owner and tenant on the permit are listed as “The Memphian Hotel LLC," which you can see in the latest renderings of the seven-story hotel from Loeb.
