Deputy, cancer survivor honored with custom patrol car paint job

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Tunica County Sheriff's Office is honoring one of their deputies with a fresh cruiser paint job.

Deputy Earl Dishmon, Jr., also known as Mr. D, has a one-of-a-kind survivor patrol car for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Mr. D was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2016, and after surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation treatments, he's cancer free.

Mr. D has served with Tunica County Sheriff’s Office for 20 years.
