Mississippi school board considering action against 1st grader who brought BB gun onto school bus, superintendent says

ASHLAND, Miss. (WMC) - A Mississippi superintendent says a young student brought a BB gun onto a school bus this week.

Ashland Superintendent Steve Bostick says it happened Monday around 7 a.m.

Bostick says the driver confiscated the BB gun and no one was injured.

The school board will now discuss the incident to decide if any action will be taken against the child.
