Memphis mayor extends city curfew to Sunday morning

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The City of Memphis will be under curfew for a sixth night.

Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland announced the extension will last from 10 p.m. Saturday night to 5 a.m. Sunday morning.

He first put the curfew into place Monday night to prevent protests against police brutality from becoming violent.
