MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Police made an arrest after a man was found dead in a vacant Memphis home.
Alfonzo Buford faces charges of first-degree murder and aggravated kidnapping. Buford is accused of killing Brodrick Moore, who was found shot to death Saturday inside a home on Flowering Peach Drive.
Moore was reported missing from Greenwood, Mississippi on New Year’s Day.
His wife told police her husband called her and told her to bring money and drugs to a gas station in Memphis.
Police said Buford’s voice was heard in the background of that call, surveillance video also led them to the arrest.
Buford is expected to appear in court Wednesday morning.
