OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. (WMC) - The Olive Branch Police Department has made another arrest after three people were found dead.

Lee Howard, 21, from Cordova, was arrested on January 4. He has been charged with accessory after the fact in connection with the triple homicide.

Arrest made in New Year's triple murder

The triple murder happened on New Year’s Day near Jefferson Drive and Shiloah Cove around 1:40 am.

The victims are as follows:

  • Tommi Lynn Carrier, a 40-year-old woman of Hernando, Miss.
  • Tyler Glen Liles, a 33-year-old man of Ellettsville, Ind.
  • John Lennon Sutherland, a 30-year-old man of Memphis, Tenn.

The first suspect was identified as Ivan Rodriguez, 26, from Cordova, Tennessee. He has been arrested and charged with three counts of first-degree murder. Rodriguez is being held without bond.
