MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Medical Marijuana is legal in Mississippi. But the state board of health is still working out the rules.

Dr. Thomas Dobbs says advertising to the general public or anyone under 21 will be limited. So, no billboards. But websites with general information will be allowed.

There will be restrictions on what the packaging looks like, down to the colors that can be used.

State officials have until July 1 to get regulations approved.

Aug. 15 is the target date for getting cards and licenses out.
