Tennessee students create pandemic time capsule
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WMC) - The pandemic is something all of us will never forget. And some Tennessee students are making sure they’ll remember decades from now.
Fifth-grade students in Knoxville gathered all the things that have become staples this year, like face masks and hand sanitizer. Then they buried it all in a time capsule!
Each student even got a plastic shovel as a souvenir.
The plan is the dig up and open the time capsule in 25 years.
